Terms & Conditions - Classic Car Transport - Fully Enclosed and Open Trailer Transportation for Vintage and Classic Cars, Sports and Competition Cars, Kit and Performance Cars of all types.

We ourselves are committed enthusiasts and are focussed on providing the best possible transportation service for you and your special vehicle. We like to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to ensure that you have a happy experience and would therefore not hesitate in using us again or recommending us to another owner.

As always there are some terms and conditions that we hope you will take a little time to read. They are not intended to be definitive, but serve more as a guide for you and therefore help us to provide you with a quality service.

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from date of issue, subject to the information provided by you as being accurate and without changes.
• We cannot guarantee a booking without payment in full. Payment should be made either by cheque or bank transfer. These are the recommended and preferred methods of payment.  
• Vehicles must have all their wheels fitted and tyres inflated.They must be capable of being freewheeled and manoeuvred. Where a vehicle cannot be moved under its own power then assistance must be on hand to help with the manoeuvre of the vehicle for loading and unloading at both destinations. Similarly, separate heavy objects will require assistance. We have the right to cancel without refund if reaching the destination assistance if needed, is not at hand.
• It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is fit for transportation. Please ensure there are no fluid leaks, and body work/panels etc are properly secured. We do however understand that on some older vehicles there may be a tendency for a little leakage. 
• Whilst we make every effort to collect and deliver your vehicle to the required schedule we cannot be held responsible if we arrive late or forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control.  
• It is a requirement for the owner if not present to ensure that there is a person who will be responsible on their behalf to release on collection and accept delivery of the vehicle.
• Personal items are not insured and therefore we recommend you do not include any with your vehicle transportation.
